As per  the Shantin datacenter notice,  due to a large number of abuse that using IPs for spam,  and it has caused serious consequences, the datacenter decided to block E-mail service port of all IPs.  The blocking plan will be carried out at 11:00 on  Oct. 8/2018.

In order to avoid  affecting  your normal business, if you need to run E-mail service , please submit a white list application through support tickets. For whitelist applications, please provide the following information:

IP address /   domain of  E-mail service /  Ports of E-mail service  /  Purpose of E- mail services: □ Corporate email       □ Website verification          □ Business contacts            □ Advertising promotion          □ Others:

After applying for the whitelist, if the subsequent check finds that there is still abuse of IP to send spam, the datacenter has the right to permanently block the IP address. If the circumstances are serious, the datacenter  may be held accountable.
